"HORRIBLE AGENT!!!! He will promise things one time and back out the next, very inconsistent agent and lies to members on coverages. DO NOT USE AS INSURNACE AGENT. We had to complain to the insurance commissioner on his behavior and business and he did NOT CARE."

"I have been with Matt Frederick State Farm for roughly 9 years and have always had a good experience. They have helped us through multiple claims including a very large one from a hail storm that caused $100k of damage to our home. State Farm themselves can be difficult to work with on larger claims, but Matt's team helped me get an adjuster out to my location within days when others were waiting weeks and even months for adjusters to come out. With their help getting the adjuster out quickly, I was able to have one of the first homes fully repaired in my immediate area (the storm was in August 2021, and some homes are still getting repaired as of July 2023)."

He actively look for the best rates and coverage annually and is always looking out for the customer. If he can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with he will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. If you have a claim he knows the right contractors to call so you get a quality repair. "I had just popped into Matt's office day and he came right up to me to greet me. I told him I was pricing insurance for my car. I had been withy company for a number of years and just wanted to check around to see other companies had. He walked me back to his office and started telling me about State Farm awesome I said and he bought up the pricing sold I said I would call him when my other insurance was about to expire, he no we can do it now if you have time we sat down and everything was done a good for me in just about 20 minutes and I was out of there. Really nice man you feel at home with him he is good at his job."
